Booking Process

A $300.00/person deposit will be required once confirmation of booking has been made. Full payment, due 45 days before the ride, can be charged to your credit card or a Direct Deposit can be made into our account.

Cancellations

• 30 - 45 days 25%
• 14 - 29 days 50%
• 7 - 13 days 75%
• less than 7 days 100% of full fare.

Extra Nights

Extra night's accommodation can be arranged at any of the over night stops. We can also arrange accommodation in Glenelg/Adelaide for the nights before and after your rides. Costs of extra nights and days if desired will be given at time of booking.
